Not Satisfied. Work Life and personal life. And there is no staff benifits. For simple things lot of pressures from higher authoritys.

Work Life and Office cultural. Within office politics from other staffs. Can't work long time in one branch repeatedly transferring to other branches when ever they need. Whatever they want work accordingly as managers and higher authority. And they wont give Leaves when you need and in emergency time also. I am i have peternity leave for 7days but they gave leave for 5 days. On high request they approved for 5 days only. Remain 2 days they wont agree to take. This is worrest thing. For My uncle death i asked emergency leave but he ashed me to give resignation and gave resignation and leaved the office for the day. Now I am working with Axis Bank Ltd but as compare to Axis HDFC BANK Ltd is best Bank as ever. I was feeling very appreciable at HDFC BANK. Still I am ready to work with HDFC bank. If have any opening regarding to PBA I will be join at HDFC BANK LTD

If you want to learn politics then join HDFC Bank Khurja branch 0738, you will surpass even Chanakya in politics.

The environment of Khurja branch is very bad, people can work there, if the environment of HDFC bank is like that of Khurja branch then I will never join HDFC bank.The branch manager says complain to anyone, nothing happens here. I had even filed a complaint against the branch manager, but till date nothing new has happened.

Very poor working environment. It is purely money minded company. HRs will recruit freshers from college without mentioning that this is a sales job. Their only job is to onboarding the new joiners, after onboarding they don't have any power. They are like puppet for the Cluster heads. Only after joining the company you'll come to know that this is a sales job. Starting from interview process and till joining the company, the role will be mentioned as "Personal Banker". Only after joining the company, you'll come to know the actual name of the role is "Personal Banker - Sales". They'll never motivate to for your work. There will always be pressure. They won't let you be free even when you are on leave, they'll disturb by calling you frequently. They'll assign work intentionally when you got permission for early going from them. Nobody will help you in the branch. Nobody knows nothing when you ask them. The manager won't approve the reimbursement amount. The senior people will never see you as a fresher, they'll torture you and put same kind of work pressure as experienced people. I can say many disadvantages. But one thing for sure, "If you can survive and gain knowledge in HDFC (Minimum 6 months), you can survive in any company (That kind of very bad company)"...Read More
