Here the management completely arbitrates, does not understand the employees, no justification of the employee is heard, here everyone listens to their own words and considers themselves to be just.

Poor work life balance, mantally disturbance, baad work environment, no support from any supervisor, no humanity in supervisor, toxic manager, micromanagement are in environment

No Work life balance here No opportunity for skill development. No proper salary hike If you and family suffering from anything and u not providing proper productivity due any issue then don't have job security.

Pressure is too much job security is not there. After a certain time employee is taken for granted. They don't retain and they take Care of employees if they want to go they let them go. It is only the people who bring business survive..

Yes I like very much working in HDFC Bank .Work culture is depend upon your branch culture not bank .There is lot of opportunities to develop your skill and learning job security I am happy to working with Hdfc bank.Bank gives me a lot of encouragement and confidence.

Overburdened work is more and target is difficult because on the sitting of cash counter sometimes it may mistake and cashiers pay for it

Everybody was very Professional. Work life balance was good. No work on any holidays. Company HR Policies is very strong and helpful for employees. My Unit Head was very humble, supportive and passionate for work.

Their promotion & appraisal criteria they did not promote.Also there is no hr system to get promotion all about on your supervisor.if supervisor likes someone or close the get appraised & promote

Job security is best. You get to learn lot of technical aspects due to challenging tasks. USP is that setups are so huge and complex, you won't get this experience in any other setups. Directly or indirectly it helps to improve your skills

Bureaucracy and hierarchy are major roadblocks. RBI guidelines slowdowns entire process. Multiple teams and vendors conflict management is time consuming.

Work culture , timings sometimes you go home at 8 even 9 so its 9 am to 9pm . No holidays on govt holidays
