My last boss was very bad person ,due to his nature almost 9 sales manager and approx 30+ sales executive resigned from hdfc bank or from hdb.

Work balance is there but no life. Extended hours of working even when you are not supposed to stay. Hr just a pacifier rather than problem solving or solution provided If you are single it will be a best place because you have no time to concentrate on the family

We are compensated for every product we brought in to the bank.Very excellent incentive bonus and commendable increment as to the position we occupy in the bank.Promotion to the next cadre according to your performance very strictly.

Work culture, rigid policies, lack of support from supervisors except torture for business and HR is totally missing. No clarity on KRA and targets changes anytime in mid of the quarter and you do not have a choice but to comply with the changes.

Dislikes

Bank has grown by 10x in last 10 years but salary growth is just average 5%. Supervisors feedback is only benchmark for promotion. HR doesnt support employees. Always takes side of business.

Nothing !!! it's a dead company , only politics and completely disorganised. Undue work pressure no cooperation. Worse than a sarkari babu attitude.
