It depends on which department you are working. As I am working in so & so dept. so it's like working on festivals and holidays and just getting compensatory off rather than getting paid. There is more to talk about, not expected from hdfc bank.

I have a good relationship with this bank and its one of the best bank in all formats . and based on offers that we provided for customers and this environment will help me out how to approch customers and how to deal with custoemrs my seniors are very friendly with me and they support me very well

Worst culture ! Mental Harassment at workplace from seniors & supervisors,when one is not able to meet sales objectives,no flexible work hours especially for operations staff in branch banking even if all activities are completed,they force you till night to stay and again sales meeting and same foul languages

Overall is good but, promotion is totally depends upon your supervisor, not on your output. Incentive is good but basic pay is too low

1. You will build good relationships 2. Customer base is huge 2. Due to heavy work load you will be trained enough to work in any other bank easily.

1. Work life balance is poor 2. At a point you will feel that you might have joined sales instead of joining operations as you will be treated the same as some sales staff. 3. Job security is fine but what about transfers, the seniors constantly threatens to do.

Too much politics. Seniors lied about joining location. Family life disturbed. Bank is bad for new staff as old staff wont let new staff work. Culture is bad

Everybody was very Professional. Work life balance was good. No work on any holidays. Company HR Policies is very strong and helpful for employees. My Unit Head was very humble, supportive and passionate for work.

Their promotion & appraisal criteria they did not promote.Also there is no hr system to get promotion all about on your supervisor.if supervisor likes someone or close the get appraised & promote

Job security is best. You get to learn lot of technical aspects due to challenging tasks. USP is that setups are so huge and complex, you won't get this experience in any other setups. Directly or indirectly it helps to improve your skills

Bureaucracy and hierarchy are major roadblocks. RBI guidelines slowdowns entire process. Multiple teams and vendors conflict management is time consuming.

Work culture , timings sometimes you go home at 8 even 9 so its 9 am to 9pm . No holidays on govt holidays
