Work culture is horrible as they are giving load to a single person only. If you do work then will give you more work. If you are not working properly then they give very nominal work

Aggressive lending. No value for credit team only business team leads the show. Credit is just for name sake and for taking the blame in case of and loan goes bad.

No customer service focus. Only cross selling is the priority for HDFC employees will be burdened with 2 persons job at once. No helping nature of senior colleagues towards new joinee.

Sales is the only priority no customer service focus at all. No one cares if you slog late hours even though bank time is 9.30 to 5.30pm office hours extends upto 8.30 or 9 in the night

Work life balance is poor, high workload pressure even asked to work on holidays by continuously posting whatsapp msg on group. Salary increment is minimal, no bonuses on diwali, not even a happieee diwali msg.

Managers and Senior management of Eastern India are extremely sick mined. They torture employees every day like any thing. They doesn't allow employees to leave office before 9.30 pm every day. Office Politics and Favouritism are in blood of HDFC Bank Managers / Sr. Management.

poor communication , only interact with sales staff and in drives almost equally targets are given to non sales .lack of career development , excessive workload ,poor work life balance and negative culture. Due to nearest branches presence the many staff not taking instruction of customer .they are sending as telling them this work will happens in big branch. but for target they al;low to do crores business but for services this all diverting to big branch. not getting time for simple talking to family as well while working. Too much work pressure. No backup if you are on leave. You have to start your work where you left before proceeding on leave. Always work is going in mind even though you are on leave.
