HDFC is good organisation to work with as there is lots things to be learnt. As i was dealing with operations i observed that not even a single process is being processed without thorough process knowledge. Thorough training is given to all the staff. Good working environment. Good ideas and suggestions are always given a good platform.

Dislikes

Long working hours. Steady growth. During on job training I found that the process study material is not easy available as there are n numbers of updations in various process there should be some site or tab where we get fetch all the circulars and material. Teammates are not so enthusiastic

Work Details

My work is little bit critical and risk handling so I have to be extra vigilant while performing all the activities. Also I have to look after 3 to 4 different processes simultaneously. So it becomes very challenging at certain time to prioritise the work
