Yes, its true that is i work at daily 14 to 16. Hours. But who is its responsble, no body know about.. Senior also work at till same time, but it is a wrong way thatswhy employee s dis satisfication.with bank. Yes if any more time spend by employee s that time if company pay any recreational expense and bonus. So employee free work happily.
