I just like the Bank not the department and my RH, too much filled with politics

It’s been 5 years in the Bank, last to last financial year I was getting promoted but due to my supervisor negligence my promotion got cancelled and last financial year too much of politics is happening and now I am assuming that this year also I will not get promoted.
