After merger of HDFC ltd into Bank staffs life is like more than hell. People see you as working in top bank except that there no satisfaction.

Culture in HDFC Bank is worse. To get rid of Internal politics you'll required atleast 1 yr. Senior don't care about you they wants business and business only. Can't say more than this. That there's no guarantee of your promotion even after 5 yrs in organisation, if you're not spacial child of senior in the chair.

Work culture is poor. Expectations and unreasonable and turnover is extremely high. Very negative and training is minimal. Too many products. Incentive structure is hard to understand, getting incentive is very challenging.

Managers and Senior management of Eastern India are extremely sick mined. They torture employees every day like any thing. They doesn't allow employees to leave office before 9.30 pm every day. Office Politics and Favouritism are in blood of HDFC Bank Managers / Sr. Management.

Due to nearest branches presence the many staff not taking instruction of customer .they are sending as telling them this work will happens in big branch. but for target they al;low to do crores business but for services this all diverting to big branch. not getting time for simple talking to family as well while working.
