There is too much rude scold seniors, no salary satisfaction of ground level, no uniform timing, almost worst by senior employees. Policies are good,but he Department is worst.

I request to company CEO for take clean and strong meeting with asm, zsm, rm, including sales manager also because too much stupid seniors are working in this organization, but these people's are don't know company SOP, these people's are putting heavy pressure on senior sales officers only.
