low salary but its ok.. & in my dept we have total 5 showrooms and total of executive 9 including freshers and experienced.. freshers people will not get correct stage for stand that market bcz of senior people.

There is too much rude scold seniors, no salary satisfaction of ground level, no uniform timing, almost worst by senior employees. Policies are good,but he Department is worst.

NEED A PROPER TEAM FOR COLLECTION AND RELPL TELE-CALLING CAN BE SPARED FROM CD DPL OFFICERS. Incentive cuting,i did’t received my onam period incentive even after one month.this is a quite bad thing i felt in the company .i am totally disappointed.i worked so hard in those days for the company.it really sad.
