Terrible work environment and culture, poor management, teammates are supportive. politics and lobibaji every where, worst appraisal policy, they even diduct salary if you can't achive you target which is given by your sales manager, but incentive structure is good.

Dislikes

...anagement doesn’t address our issues. even they use slang for female employee. Salary + incentive is decent but career growth is slow. and after resignation you have to do strong follow up for your reliving.

Job secured for a standard term with lesser business. Overall maximum loans disbursement after login with minimum documentation and -cibil also.

No Work life balance, poor salary, bad behaviors from managers each and every time,groupism.No thankful behavior for hardwork.

NEED A PROPER TEAM FOR COLLECTION AND RELPL TELE-CALLING CAN BE SPARED FROM CD DPL OFFICERS. Incentive cuting,i did’t received my onam period incentive even after one month.this is a quite bad thing i felt in the company .i am totally disappointed.i worked so hard in those days for the company.it really sad.

Everything 1 Salary structure 2 Leave not giving which is considered as Leave on system but if they mail " Tomorrow is normal working day " u must come to branch, Shame thing to work with them.
