Terrible work environment and culture, poor management, teammates are supportive. politics and lobibaji every where, worst appraisal policy, they even diduct salary if you can't achive you target which is given by your sales manager, but incentive structure is good.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. even they use slang for female employee. Salary + incentive is decent but career growth is slow. and after resignation you have to do strong follow up for your reliving.
