It is not good to even think to lose anyone self democracy, it runs on Dictatorship rules against its employees. The most and the worst important thing, the company is not self-reliant on some of its devision like HBL devision. They use/decrease your innitial intelligence and evacuate your innitial learning, performing, thinking, self confidence, to increase the organisation without taking care of employees. * Dictatorship = it's totally a incentive earnings company by anyone's self industry, wheather one's employees use their earned capital in transport or fooding, instead of that you have to face dictatorship, * Self reliant = due to lack of self reliant of this company, you also have to face administrative problems in some of its devision like HBL devision. * Mentorship/training = Due to lack of itself mentorship and guidance under others companies head in some of its devision like HBL, employees are not secure with their personal secretary in all steps. On job training is worst. * Selection process = It doesn't have a fix selection process rules of its candidate many time, candidate have to take care of self capacity/standard, to contribute time in this selfish company Blindfold selfish = this company hires young youth to absorb their capacity/knowledge/confidence etc, within the mentorship of other companies head employees (mentor/supervisor), to make their profit. * Work environment = The worst among them all is its working environment, you doesn't going to learn actual corporate work environment, this company defames the word corporate sector....Read More
