When I joined this company in a Managerial capacity on the outset it looked to be a professional company with proper ethics,but as soon as a month and a half went by I realised it was a total sham company and is run by a totally unethical person who like to defraud his employees of their salaries and not care about the welfare of their employees and do not keep up the salary commitment as mentioned in the offer letter ,they just lie on the offer letter in regards to your CTC and talk about some Performance linked bonus which is never paid , they won't pay salaries and incentives, you will only get your salary of you are a fresher getting paid a very low salary. The president of the company will hire only Christian people and not anyone else which is a discriminatory act and in direct contravention of the HR policies of the government of India and Ministry of HRD .In addition to irregular salaries to employees no training nor any adequate growth opportunities are provided to staff.employees are forced to work in non relevant domains.the job security is very low ,No work life balance and absolutely zero knowledge transfer or learning and development activity or drive....Read More

Everyday training for full day and one should realise that is it office or training center and even freshers can get a chance to work on Leadership roles but exploits them to work on tough positions and pays very less. This consultancy is suitable only for freshers and below 2 years experience. Experienced people should take proper decision before joining here.

Dislikes

No proper metrics and process, one should be ready to source profiles for any req be it IT, NonIT, sales, India or US. President of the company gives False promises and cheating people with flattery words. Very poor and no proper management. Salaries are not paid properly, offer Letters are not given. Misusing God’s name and only Christians are preferred and hired in this consultancy. Everyday in office Prayer and bible study but there’s no values and it does not reflect in them very unethical and shows partiality. They keep changing the company names just to confuse and presume to start as fresh. These are the names I heard so far and it may Change further but remember the owner name hope he won’t change his name😊. Skillex / HCP ONE LLC / Haseed / INXL Digital / Aaron’s Staff / HCPONE. Mr President thinks he’s the only intelligent person in the world and condemns and demotivates others and employees. Just google his name you can get to see the reviews which are 8 years ago and so many people are cheated by him and his wife. I’m one of the victim. Attending meetings, training and frequent reviews and listen to president’s success stories how he was the 1st employee of iGate/Mascot Systems and how he closed 130 positions in one day individually without internet, telephone and email and bla bla...
