Company culture, Unprofessional Management, No project, So many people sitting in Bench code and not getting any work experience. For some people will get project but it is for Support. Fake promises, Need to relocate for Nagpur, Chennai, Hyderabad, Noida, If not relocated then they will fire because of this silly reason. They are not support and respect Engineers. Internal politics. I am Software Developer, HCL hired me as JavaScript Developer, Got training for React and web development, assigned projec. And again client interview for React developer. They gave 3 month work training using React and after 3 months they said we are releasing from the project then again we will take you back for other account because the client budget is only for 23 people so we are releasing. They again take me back after 1 week because I am energetic candidate in work he said but it is not for development, it is for Support ( Incidents dispatching). They are cheating us. I asked for project change for development but they told me to give resignation . So finally in MNC company there is no use for Freshers 0 - 3 years. Because every MNC company need experience people only. If they are freshers, then they will take for granted. Freshers should work in start-up companies then only we can learn and grow.
