Good work environment and culture. Teammated are supportive and the management is transparent . there js a hue cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. I spend 8 years with this company but no growth no good salary. Increment also bad.

They dont care about the employee. They believes on new comers instead their old or experienced employees. They dont tell you that they are recruiting you on temp roll at the time of joining. So be careful and discuss all the thing before you join.

Dislikes

There is no career growth and after 3 years they will mail you that company will no extend your contract so put your resignation.
