Work culture is normal but job security is good while moving to bench they will assign some feature tools to complete based on that they will push to internal requirements

I was observed like 100% work effort given also is not good enough, increments are completely political

It's very boaring initial time they are recruiting as DevOps but while On-boarding project nothing related to DevOps complete banking related services. It's new but that will not help out while come out of the project
