It was nice culture and environment for working, everyone helps me out in the process of learning and putting my efforts on top of my work, I would say whatever I did, I did with the help of others and they emphasis me to put my efforts at its fullest. It was cheerful and joyful working there

Matured CFO and upper management. Understand the situation and have empathy with their employees. Flexible working hours 2-3 day work from home

Dislikes

No future growth, No communication with HR and limited interaction with other departments. For new joiners, everyone try to avoid talking with him/her No skill development, No job security. No growth in salary for current employees. 5 days working but most of the time you have to work on weekends.

They have general shift, but management used to ask deliverable in evenings or night time. Most of the time you free in day but at evening you will ask to deliver some urgent work.

1. Females asked to take private cab in night hours during month end process. 2. Female supervisors asked to drop each and every staff(Male/female) to their house in night during month end over time work even if supervisor's house came way before other drops. 3. If Senior Manager's (named Shalini Bhardwaj) favorite(Executive) complaint to her about not dropping her first, Senior Manager start shouting and insulting Asst Mgr on the floor in front of all. 4. Too much politics. 5. Poor work culture 6. Environment is absolutely domestic. Very difficult for an employee from MNC to adjust. I mean you will work but not happy to work in HCl info systems 7. As mentioned above too much politics so either do buttering or you will get no good appraisal. 8. HCl ask to work over time but no overtime payout is given 9. HCL is basically a a**hole company with cunning HRs and Managers. Their main intention is how to make employees then they will force u sign a bond which will be of two years. Once u sign a bond u are fell into trap. Now they will easily destroy your career. If you understand their intentions then you have to pay the bond amount and leave but it increases by years
