Very unprofessional and ill-behaved staff including HR and operations

No respect, no job security, not good salary and other benefits and very unprofessional HR and operations departments. Not a place for the one who wants to grow and not involving in chit chatting, I am suggesting you if you have worked here more than 5-6 months and still working, you are wasting your precious time here.

Work Details

No work life, TL can tell you to work on weekoffs, leaves, you have to do work more than 10 hours and you will not have a particular shift, you need to work on 2-3 shifts in every week.

Company provide good benefits i.e. health insurance, internet reimbursement, company’s laptop, WFH, Cab facility from Noida sector - 18, Leaves, comp offs, and so on. HR are very supportive. If you find any issue with any policy or leaves they will definitely help you. All departments have good work culture. If you are in HRO, you have to work 8 hours a day, so your working days will be 6. Everything is good in the company except HRO department. As a process associate you have to work in HRO department. There’s no growth in this department. Salary is very low as compared to other departments. If you are satisfy with 15–16k salary then you can go for it. No growth, increment is very low. There’s no opportunity in HRO department. You can’t enhance your skills in this department.

Work life is good. You don’t need to extend your shift on daily it only happens sometimes but totally depends on work volume. Although you can easily manage your work life balance.
