Nothing apart from WFH which may not be there in future as company is looking to call employees physically to office

Recruitment is predominantly driven by Tech team and recruitment team is expected to follow what the tech team decides. No SLA defined for the TA team and the performance is based on whether the TA partner has released 4 offers in a month or not (does not depend if the candidate has joined ornot) </mark>. Management is very reactive and the approach towards hiring is very conservative. India Management is just expected to follow HQ's and do not have any space to take their own calls . Too much dependency on HQ. India Management is too busy in pleasing senior tech folks. Decision changes very frequently . The funniest part about HANSEN is nothing is confidential. You discuss something with HR/Finance/ Your Manager and withing hours/days you will realize that it is no more confidential, beware while you discuss anything with anyone. No pressure for learning new things, don't worry about your performance and appraisal which will be taken care by your seniors. you just have to be nice by using sugar coated words.

Dislikes

No respect and dignity for HR profile, all the rules and policies are self declared by few tenured project managers. As group of 5/6 project managers working so long and they follows they own structure and policies as per their favoritism even the company's COO has no choice for decision making against them. HR job is only to obey their instruction without any questions and perform the daily role and job as like a office boy in the company this is same even if you hired for senior HR role like HR Director. Its my pleasure working with this company . I have been working in this company from the past 2 years . I would say all my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Work pressure is constant and will be high in bad times. Sometimes, we used to put extra effort and work for more than 10 hours. All our work is slightly challenging as we have to close some positions on priority basis. As long as I get to work closely , it will be a great learning experience.
