I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. HR and some director-level people do not listen to you. If you are not in their good books, you will not get any salary hike or promotions. The bad part is that these so-called Directors/HR teams make fun of people in an open forum; they don't know how to behave.
