No Job security, For joining the Company you have to sign 2 years agreement but Company can cancel that agreement any time. If you eligible for any promotion or new offer provided, you have to sign agreement for another 2 years. HR is worst, lots of favouritism, no value for hard work only buckets can survive. They only need number of employees in the Company no value for experienced employees.

Opportunity to learn all the aspects of accounting and taxation. But it's not happening.

Dislikes

Micro Management. No option for employees to express their thoughts. Management is blindly trusting on some of the goons thoughts. No recognition for efficiency and hard work. No extra pay for overtime. No work-life balance. Lack of basic needs. Scarcity of drinking water and unhygienic wash rooms.

As a fresher, we can learn from this company many things. It means we can take a internship here if we are not local.

Dislikes

No proper water facility for drinking, Monday to Friday working day they will tell interview time, and they will take contribution( internship time) on Saturday also and there is no compensation on working on Saturday. Butler English speaking person will be team lead. He will give random training and that given training concept most of the time will not work and we have to ask our senior and we have to complete the work, majority people are local. They speak in local language inside the company while doing the work. So as a fresher candidate get the job here....It is difficult (if you are out sider),management People will tell whatever the problem you have you can directly ping us.
