Nothing much really. Good to start your career with but they have a bond. Also, if you're lucky enough you'll get a good project where you can enhance your knowledge.

Salary is below par the market. They put you in a 3 years bond if you join as a fresher. Management is decent.

Perks of being in this organisation is you can harass a girl and Hr dept hardly cares. Best org for creepy candidates who treat women’s like toys

Dislikes

Hire you and treat you like worthless piece of faeces. Hire you to remove from organisation. Reason could be as funny as. ‘You’re too good at work and you have good communication skills. We’re not good enough to have you’ could be a reason for you layoff too. Or trainees can have a affair to save job. So that we’ll deserved will be removed
