Gutenberg have their own interesting policies for employees. I am greatful that I was the part of Gutenberg, in my tenure I have never felt the work pressure.

Salary - Excellent
Skill development - Good
Job security - Good
Promotions - Good
Work satisfaction - Good
Company culture - Good
Work-life balance - Excellent

May be the team structure and the compensation.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me

Likes

Good clients, approachable management, helpful colleagues, flexible and decent work.

Dislikes

There ain't much transparency within the organization however management listents to the employees but they do not often act. People end up doing the same work for months. Low pay, zero benefits, lack of new learning opportunities and vague HR policies are some other factors to consider before joining Gutenberg

Work is interesting at Gutenberg. You will get a chance to wear multiple hats but there is no work life balance at all.
