Among all the criterias, the company has a horrible work culture. I will not recommend anyone to ever join the company. The people running the company, the management team, has no morals.

The management itself is highly ineffective, as they require their teachers to perform numerous tasks such as translating, editing, conducting classes, animating, and working late hours.
