I had a good experience at gulf Jyoti international, company culture was very good and I had learnt to work -life balance,had learnt many things , my colleagues are very friendly and it gives some positive energy to work

Dislikes

I had not like the work environment because it was very hot there with lot of dust

Work Details

My work was slightly challenging because a small mistake creates a lot of problems, so I should identify the minor problem and to execute preventive measure to it

Likes

Work environment was good, location was suitable for me with transport facility given by company. The team was good and fun working.

Dislikes

Usual office politics and biased top management.

Worked in almost all the department in 9 years of my Tenure and gained good experience particularly in Purchase/ Procurement of turnkey electrical construction projects, also supported in Marketing , Planning and as Executive Secretary to GM.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
