Guidewire is absolutely a great place to work. The leadership team is very humble and keeps employees at the centre.

Company culture is good, transparency is there. Management is very supportive and appreciate all the hard work. Your voice is listen here. Benefits are employee friendly. I have very rarely seen an employee leaving guidewire as there are no issue which makes you to leave this organization. My manager and higher management is very down to earth , supportive.
