Don't expect any help from them Admin is the worst i have ever seen. Night shift allowance is too low compared to other companies No bonus / celebration benefits

Immense pressure, heavy work load. Sometimes they will compel us to work on extended shift and on official holidays inorder to clear the workload. Heavy favouritism during appraisal. Especially the team lead (daughter of Thomas as per her words) didn't even know a single thing about the process but always act for Oscar.
