some of company policies are not gud like no good salary hike every year, 12 hrs working time even if we are not interested , force u to stay back every day and no pay for that or less than u deserve. HR IS JUST JOKE SO THEY ARE NO USE. IF U ARE MANAGEMENT SIDE U GOOD ONE AND IF U STAY ON EMPLOYEE SIDE THEN ITS BETTER U RESIGN OR STAY IDLE.

Nothing big, if you want to work only temporary then you can choose this company but if you expect steady career then this is not the right company for you if you are non-malayalee

Dislikes

This company is occupied by Malayalam speaking people. They formed a group where they share the rewards and recognition within them. Associates can be any language speaking people but if you want to become a supervisor or manager then you must be a Malayalee. The management is full of Malayalam speaking people and they recognize only Malayalees. They demoralize, disregard, rob and ignore the ideas, commitment and hard work of non-malayalees and safeguard the leadership roles. And what very pathetic here is most of the tamil people do not know to recognize the other language speaking people simply because they blended with them and not aware of this politics. They(Tamilans) bought into some old rusted ideologies and this people(Malayalees) are screwing them miserably without being noticed....Read More

Work life balance is sooooo poor. They will squeeze you out , Weeknd,/ daily extensions are usually here Office politics and favouritism at its worst HRBPs are just for the name sake. Don't expect any help from them Admin is the worst i have ever seen. Night shift allowance is too low compared to other companies No bonus / celebration benefits
