We need to work even after office hours. No consideration at all for that. A single small mistake will be pointed as a big crime. No promotions at all. Giving a 2000 increment is a considered as a big achievement bla bla blaa.. Only 12 casual leaves all others are unpaid. No family No work life balance. No increment and No promotions. We should be ready to work 24/7 for them. Think twice..

I got some nice colleagues itself. They terminate me without any warning letter in this covid-19 lockdown because of asking salary.

Dislikes

I have to work more than my working hour sometimes late into the night. No OT salary for that and managers do not value an individual unique strengths, which is why I take back my suggestions most of the times. At the time of interview they said "you will get salary hike and incentives in each intake and also promotion".I didn't getany hike or incentives or no career growth there. Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
