We need to work even after office hours. No consideration at all for that. A single small mistake will be pointed as a big crime. No promotions at all. Giving a 2000 increment is a considered as a big achievement bla bla blaa.. Only 12 casual leaves all others are unpaid. No family No work life balance. No increment and No promotions. We should be ready to work 24/7 for them. Think twice..

I got some nice colleagues itself. They terminate me without any warning letter in this covid-19 lockdown because of asking salary.

I have to work more than my working hour sometimes late into the night. No OT salary for that and managers do not value an individual unique strengths, which is why I take back my suggestions most of the times. At the time of interview they said "you will get salary hike and incentives in each intake and also promotion".I didn't get any hike or incentives or no career growth there. The work pressure is high and the work atmosphere is too bad. Faced too much problems there
