One of the best company ever worked.. The management is so good. My leaders are so friendly. It's a single product based company located in USA and operations are in India. I get night shift allowance, over time allowance, and when I joined back in 2020, 2 months after that the COVID wave hit and we are working from home. So internet allowance is also provided, 2-3 times 5000 was provided for Covid. I get recognized for my work, they give chance to explore myself, my team mates are lovely❤. I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
