Don't run the company by only one man,give at least minimal freedom /power to take such decisions to respective department's lead persons ,don't keep all authority or power within one person and always waiting for his approval at least as like bloody Govt office. don't give false promises to employees that you will get all benefitsthen later deducting their salary without any information.
