Ahmedabad airport Shift time increase depends upon duty managers & direct staff of Airport salary Is low Each staff are beahving rude & frustration on each other employees. Workout culture is not good .politics brifing & taken huge by direct staff & not able manage on duties roles & responsibility change by direct staff using there monopoly behaviour duty manager not able to manage the team .
