I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

In my personal experience the company doesn't follow any process. Just for the sake of targets recruiting candidates randomly and putting then into the unpaid training. Finally they give reasons as performance issue and skill set not matching. Join this company only if you have VA experience otherwise choose a better opportunity. Noenough clients, poor management and they don't have a standard process.
