Decent salary and there has never been an instance of late salary so can plan properly. Work culture was good up until Covid.

Dislikes

There is no transparency in promotions, promotion interviews are done by immediate managers and obviously, there is bias. There is no proper process change cycle creating lots of confusion within team.

A great work place. Good facilities. Transport is very good. Very good remuneration for fresher candidates.

Higher management is extremely incompetent. Zero accountability for their actions. No structure to how the organization should grow. Constant changes in targets based on personal whims create a lot of work place pressure. No appreciation for creative ideas unless the higher management thinks of it. No job security with poor recruitment and HR department is non existent. They invested big bucks on a Games room, but basic facilities like a sick bay and medicine are unavailable (even for female employees)....Read More

Started well with a lot of promise but soon the quality deteriorated once the Chennai center transferred people here. This gave rise to office politics and poor management. Overall, a poor career choice.

Toxic work culture. They need robots and not humans. Management will never try to understand the problems of employees. Also favorism for chennai site. Banglore site is like their second wife. They will provide 1 day training and you have meet all tge targets from next day. Changing policy everyday.
