My role is civil site engineer Preparing BOQ., estimate, bills, execute plans , manage workers for site giving different roles for them. Available materials for site.. Useful discussion for site to clients.

Work policy: 2 days/week from office

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Current project is satisfactory as construction engineer experience. Team mates are too good and supportive.

Dislikes

Administration system is not good at all. Career growth is not satisfactory. There is No job security in the company

Work is so good but I am not comfortable because company image is too much low

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics for management and I don't care about site places because I am comfortable every where of site I love hilly areas projects like Kargil leh but salary is too much decent but no future in company lot of salaries issues no bond signing one site engineer handling the 4 sites of different areas
