Even in the pandemic the company was providing complete salary, there was no deduction. The company provides the free transport facility. Employees in the company are very friendly. Training was provided to freshers. Sports and picnics are organized yearly. Many activities are held like diwali celebration ,christmas celebration. Very bad working environment .There is no job security. The management is not supportive. They are not even providing basic resources ( eg: wifi , laptops). If you fail to arrange it by yourself the company ceo / MD will terminate you.

Dislikes

Office politics! No career growth. The ceo is a scamster. They don't provide mediclaim , no proper maternity leave is given to the women employees , they even don't give u the complete employer contribution of the PF amount

Working from 5 years in Sage and Greytrix, really happy to work with this companies. Managers and team leaders are so supportive and in this pandemic time no salaries are deducted. Currently I am working in Sage X3 team. Company has great working environment and also very supportive. Especially during the covid period company has supported us. There were no salary deduction or delay in salary processing. Good support from seniors and managements.

Dislikes

Timings are fixed. Also causal leaves are deducted even if we are late. No overtime compensation not provided.

You will get chance to handle project individually with the help of supervisor but if you get good technology.

Dislikes

Management is so poor. Salary hike also not good. Company is mostly working on ERP and there are not much projects on these ERP outside. Main bad thing is they are signing bond for 2.5 years from freshers and 1.5 years from experience
