I served in this Organisation more than 2 Years I will explain genuine and unbiased opinion. First thing if you are a commerce fresher and want to join Finance & Accounts domain but due to lack of experience you could not crack the interview in any other companies, you can join greet Technologies, it's true it's not a core Accounting job but you will get basic knowlege of GST , TDS payroll etc.. and get Advance knowlege of Tally Prime. It's good for the freshers to get 1-2 years experience and switch to better job. I'm my experience salary what they offer is not at all as per market standards..It's just below avarage.. They may take 1 years employment bond..just complete the agreed bond period take experience letter and find the best job in the market. Their will be salary deduction for everything 6 days working.. late punch more than 5 days deduction.. If you do not complete 8 hour log in deduction.. But one thing if you are serious about the job and you do your work well you need not worry about these deductions. Just log in and logout ontime and do your work properly. You may feel during your tenure that you got an extraordinary knowledge in Tally Prime. But remember for a finance and accounts domain only Tally Prime knowlege is not enough.. Even though a companies had procured and use tally Prime they use it only for book keeping purpose the return like GSTR 1 & 3B , Payroll and TDS etc they will use other software like keka, Greythr, Zoho payroll for payroll purpose Winman, saral TDS, etc for TDS return etc.. Don't forget to learn these software during your freetime to enhance your knowledge. You get extraordinary knowledge in in Tally Prime it's true in greet Technologies But you will miss the experience like how to file EPF & ESI PT return. How to do month end closure activities. How to prepare balance sheet shedule like depreciation, Accrued expenses , prepaid expense, deferred tax etc.. Hence do not fall under dream that you will stay in greet Technologies for 5+ year if you do so .. You may fall under trap of settle down in greet with hardly 40 to 45 K But it's not at all enough to lead healthy lifestyle in Bangalore. If you plan to work for more than 1 year in greet Technologies don't forget to spend your EL balance evey month 1 to 2 days because at the time of leaving the organization before notice period 1-2 month of your leave balance is say 20 days you cannot take long leaves team lead will not allow and also leave encashment not available. There is too much work pressure and the salary and the work and personal life balance is difficult and the Management is OK. But in the pressure of the work will be more and unwanted deductions. There will be more deduction for the punch and the shift deviation and for the Quality eachand every operation included with deductions. I had completed nearly 3 years in Greet Technologies.... To talk about advantages If you complete around 1.5 to 2 year in any of these desk (in preferred , previlege or Optima , experts online or Offline) you can gain enough knowledge in GST, TDS and Tally Application which can easily helps you to get more than 30 percent hike when you try to find job in other companies. you have multiple opportunities in outside...you can join MNC's and Also you can continue your career in core Accounting in Indian based companies. And the best thing is no headche of shift exteding As in MNC work presure is more..need always extend shift 1 to 2 hr But here once you complete 9 hr including 1 hr break you can leave office After completion of your initial bond period..you can either opt apprisal with 6 month or Add up of 1 year... Means every 6 month can get hike or else yearly hike but comparing to add up appraisal gives less hike Now a days they were asking to surrender original marks sheet while joining. 16 months or 1 year bond You cannot quit job in between. Moreover as its voice process after leaving job here if you want to start your career as accounts executive...it is quite difficult..bez even though you will get excellent knowledge in GST ,TDS and Tally...as its voice process many companies rejects to consider you for accounts profile in some cases even they cosider they will provide 15-20 percent hike. But for MNC you will get job with 30-40 percent hike .for sure.
