And the best thing is no headche of shift exteding As in MNC work presure is more..need always extend shift 1 to 2 hr But here once you complete 9 hr including 1 hr break you can leave office After completion of your initial bond period..you can either opt apprisal with 6 month or Add up of 1 year... Means every 6 month can get hike or else yearly hike but comparing to add up appraisal gives less hike Now a days they were asking to surrender original marks sheet while joining. 16 months or 1 year bond You cannot quit job in between. Moreover as its voice process after leaving job here if you want to start your career as accounts executive...it is quite difficult..bez even though you will get excellent knowledge in GST ,TDS and Tally...as its voice process many companies rejects to consider you for accounts profile in some cases even they cosider they will provide 15-20 percent hike. But for MNC you will get job with 30-40 percent hike .for sure. After lockdown, they have implemented deduction policy for each and every thing If you get 1 bad csat and if you get below 92 mark on csat ticket they will deduct 250 for premium executive And 500 for other level executive.. If you get 1 fatal (0 mark ticket) during evaluation 1 day LOP Break exceed 1hr 10 min half day.

one of the best place to work ,,,i really enjoyed in my whole tenure ,,office premises are good ,,no diversification ,,helping nature is excellent ,,behavior of people is good ,,depends upon employees .working hours are good ,, over all nice experience ,,promotion ,,if performance is good ,, best thing is only "day shift " for all employees .

no food facilities ,,,i think less salary { depends on process } ,,no extra allowances or bonus ,,no incentives on works .

...rson then doesnt accept the notice paper ...as well as am requesting 40 days ...for simple reason they holding the salary .......they dont know how to treat the employees .....lot of politicos ...

6 days of working, no more entertainments to employees benefits, all levels same salary no hikes, no education matters here all are get same salary, no more motivations.
