Team mates and managers are supportive,work life balance is great.

Dislikes

They pay below the market salary for Employees. When they interview for the BDE role HR will tell that you will get hand full of incentives, but the fact is there are no such incentives here and even if BDE gets incentives it will be like peanut even if you do a 4cr of business. No proper training will be given, if you are a self learner you can survive here. Management supports only the core team members, they dont care about the employees who have joined recently or 2/3 years back....Read More

Work Details

The only major advantage here is work life balance, managers dont cancel your leaves by giving lame reasons. Work life balance is great.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
