It has been a pleasure to work Graspskills. I enjoyed every day with the team. they were very supportive and we would find time to spend with each other - playing pranks, pulling each others legs, ragging and laughing each other.

Dislikes

whenever the manager gets angry, he would start yelling loudly in front of everyone that would be very insulting and demotivating. in fact he would not only yell at our team members but others as well.

I am having an amazing time working at Graspskills. Good work-life balance and event better appraisal policy. Excellent surroundings, time flexibility , the management focus on employees growth, gives opportunities and responsibilities that help each one to work and work.

no facility to work from home, fun activities stops after a period and work life becomes hectic.

Encourage employees to participate in the company's workings. Good Pay compared to the competitors present in the market. High pace environment, a lot to learn and it helps employees grow at each phase of their employment. Peers are smart, hardworking and intelligent. Flexible schedule.

Graspskills is a good place to work and best for young employees or you can say, freshers.The Colleagues here are fun-loving and hard working. My peers were always competitive, no matter the kind of social relation I shared with them socially. Not much work pressure.

Dislikes

The frequent changes in management and lack of understanding of higher management.No work from home facility.
