Many employees didn't get promotions from 6-5 years. Poor training sessions. Office politics. No monitoring from management and management didn't want quality and they want quantity.

Poor management and skilled person not available in the organisation, Granules india need to work on higher management even manager level person for there components or not for the daily routine jobs. Need to improve the HR , HR people’s are totally un - educated there is no any HR policy for the employees So much safety concern in the entire manufacturing units in Granules India.
