Earlier in the period of 2011-2015 culture is good, but now it is very poor. it is 100% reverse to the name it is having in the market.

Dislikes

more politics and group/caste war. No proper support / appreciation to improvements, integrity is very poor, very less importance to GMP, more dominance of QA to stop the growth rather to resolve the problems. no proper methodology is adopted in implementing new strategies - which is giving more unwanted pressure and health concerns on the employees, who are taking more responsibilities.

a senior consultant

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
