Good for a start. But you should move out in 2 years max.

Dislikes

The top management is terrible here. Work life balance goes for a toss. There are hardly any employees with an experience of more than 10-15 years in such an old organisation because the company has a record of not giving enough justice to the efforts of the people and in turn hires freashers once people start quitting their jobs. There have been instances when the entire senior consultant, assistant manager level has been wiped off....Read More

I have only made few good friends nothing more than that

Dislikes

They have very bad and frequently changing leadership, people are not dynamic and they have culture of projecting people like first impressions is last impressions.. You have to sweet speaker with your senior.. Work will come secondary.. Sometime senior torture you like anything..
