Likes

The company is large and used most safty technology. I am satisfy for joing as a part of team with them. But , I want to face with many challenges abroad. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the US and Canada.I also like the employee rehire policy there.

I am very proud of as a part of team with grand royal group. But I like challenges and many other experience with another deloveloping country. So, I have not waorries when I was working in Grand Royal.

Work Details

Process engineering is my responsible in Grand Royal. I managed rquality and price of raw material. When operating was shutdown, we were mantained mixer, boiler and heatexchanger. I also solved the wastewater treatment system of plants

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves International Travel.

From PIP to Promotion – The Greatest Jugaad Story Ever!

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
