Work-life is very balanced and offers great package compared to other companies.

Dislikes

Company is still under streamline and there are lots of opportunities to improve. As much as the company focused on employee wellness, but it fails when it comes to employee learning curve which leads to comfort zone in the organisation. I hope the management addresses employee concerns when it comes to stressful moments but I personally felt the gap between what they ensure and what they offer.

GOC was a great place to work only because of my direct Managers who were very supportive throughout my tenure at GOC and the pay was also really good!

Dislikes

The work culture was horrible because of few people(as they tend to say that they were close to the senior management and take advantage of the situations). Adding to that the HR manager & Ethics team manager(who himself never followed Ethics and has never been complaint) were pathetic. They were never approachable and never createdawareness pertaining to some issue. Despite they used to come at the end moment to fire people and do cost cutting and used to get awards for that, and the senior management sitting in the states doesn't know these people's best practices :)...Read More

The Google Operations Center as genral has a ability to provide better working exprince to employees when compared with any other organisations. It does provide you with some Good meals and benefits for personal growth which one could claim reimbursements for.

Dislikes

Let's be honest here, the management at any level in this Organisation is as crappy as it can get. No strong suits of vocals! No presentations appearances . I am not saying that you need to dress everyday however I am saying is that one should present themselves well enough because they are entitled to great role and responsibilities. Office politics is everywhere, every organisation has its level and degrees of it however, here, you would find people with low ability to handle teams, taking care of them! Well! Not literally! Work life balance ? What is that? If you believe that you are someone who is different from the crowd then trust me, you'll be penalized for that. I would join this company again, but not with a perspective that I will 'maybe' get hike one day or better role or better IJPs would role out some day. You might get good salary package at the start however you won't get often hikes. People get layed off before they can complete their 5 years for you know!!!!!!...Read More
