Really a very good company. Work culture is very nice and facilities are also there. Its a good feeling to be in this organization. Food is also very nice here. you will not feel like going home. Seniors and managers are also very nice. You can directly talk to them whenever you are in any bad situation. So overall its a nice company to work in

A lot of politics in team. Only people close to managers get promotion irrespective of their prior experience. A few TLs are discriminative in their behaviour and you can’t directly approach HR. You gotta first complain to the skip level manager and that guy would leak things to TL, and you’re a gone case. There are a handful of QAswho score writers on each and every ticket. These people are heavily pampered by TLs. See it’s like you get manipulative critical feedback just before the end of the year so that it affects your annual bonus. You also get critical feedback on ticket if you complain against your TL or it actually depends on QAs opinion about you. Whatever they say is final, they are like hitlers. No one has guts to go against them, even the so called appeal in feedback will only backfire. These QA’s have 2 or less than that prior experience working as call center executives and some as freelances but they managed to get promotions. Very bad management, no promotions for senior and hard working people. People who does bucketing for the manager gets promoted even though they are not the right fit for the role. sometime these people gets promoted twice within a year. It's a shit load full of office politics. Every office has politics but it's heights over here. The day I left the company was the best.

Nothing, they fired me. Your designation level colleagues are the only ones who will understand the workload dumped on you. Colleagues who became friends at work are the only reason you might find it easy to work. Only few supervisor who know the workload will understand you but others will bring you down to depression.

Google fired me this year due to recession reasons. They hired me in Feb 2022 and fired me in Feb 2023 due to "layoffs", they sent the relieving letter in the month of June(wasted 3 months keeping us under the ray of hope). I had worked with Google since 2014 and 9 & half years i slogged for 14-16 hours daily to achieve targets for these vendor's companies and no proper compensation was provided. When they hired me in 2022 they didn't even conduct an interview and gave the reason not enough staff. We got hired like a livestock and got layed off. They hired supervisor's from other vendor companies which made it easy for corporate politics to thrive. And people who were hardworking like me got the biggest backstab. Internal politics from supervisor made it impossible to scale up my career and big time demotivated me.
