Highly Toxic Work Culture, No Career Growth, Bad Salary Hike, Politics and Micromanagement.
Higher Management has Literally No Clue regarding the present situation of Support Associates. Company is facing it's Highest Attrition Rate in the Last 3 Years due to Toxic Politics played by Managers and Team Leaders with addition of Toxic Work Culture.
Dislikes
Managers and Team Leads have only 3 tasks in Google Operations Center - Micromanagement, Gossiping and Politics. If you are a Career Oriented Person, please don't Spoil your Professional Career and Resume Experience by joining Google Operations Center. One of my Colleague is now suffering from High Depression and Anxiety due to Toxic Work Culture of Google Operations Center. There are much better work opportunities available in the Indian Market currently in comparison to Google Operations Center. Think Twice before joining Google Operations Center else you might only end up regretting later in future....Read More

Feels like working in a corporate where there is no standard of work culture. Literally associates are been treated like robots and we are running a manufacturing production business.
Managers are not aware of the basic challenges which are faced by the ground level team and they feel everything (metrics) are or can be easily achieved.
For a trial run, senior managers should be given 1 month of product training and see if they would be able to tackle the metrics and pressure in the same manner that associates are treated now. (Google Ads process).
I am pretty sure they (senior managers) would quit the organization or complain (which obviously would be left unheard as per the ongoing scenario since GOC was launched in Hyderabad) or bear the pressure till the threshold and burst out. 😅😅
Management should understand everyone is trying and it’s not the pressure of FIP or PIP talks will make someone more dedicated, in fact it gives demotivation to the person who was actually trying.
In any organization we get position and then training to it based on lateral moment but in GOC u will feel retirement with the same role and you would still be waiting for the official confirmation of your role on papers. Strange right? 🤣
Hope it matters to GOC and we see some change with these reviews....Read More

Everything is Worst in Google Operations Center. Terrible Toxic Work Culture and there is no Career Growth in Google Operations Center. Would not even recommend my Enemy to join Google Operations Center.
Dislikes
The Higher Management has No Insights about the Ground Reality and Current Situation of Product Support Teams. Managers and Team Leads are just involved in playing Politics and Micromanagement. Highly Toxic Work Culture and they give Peanuts on Yearly Hikes. Few Employees are sitting on same Job Role from Last 3 Years due to Toxic Politics played by Managers and Team Leads. Team Leads have been Employed by Google Operations Center just for doing Micromanagement. Team Leads will even call at 03:00 AM in midnight and will ask Support Associates to complete Pending Work. Joining Google Operations Center has created a Serious Impact on my Mental Health....Read More
